Job offer : HVAC Works Supervisor / Site Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our client, a recognized player in climate engineering, for an HVAC Site Manager (M/F) to work on new construction and renovation projects in the Grenoble area and more broadly in the Rhône-Alpes region.

The position is exclusively focused on HVAC and Plumbing works, not maintenance.

You will mainly work on tertiary sector sites: offices, educational establishments, hospitals, as well as occasionally on industrial projects.

As a true manager of your operations, you will ensure the complete management of your sites, from their preparation to their handover, in collaboration with a Project Manager dedicated to technical studies.

Your main missions

• Prepare, organize and monitor sites from A to Z;
• Participate in launch and site monitoring meetings;
• Plan and coordinate the various interventions;
• Manage field teams and mainly subcontractors;
• Manage material orders and supplies;
• Monitor the progress of works and ensure compliance with deadlines;
• Ensure the quality and technical compliance of the work;
• Ensure the financial monitoring of operations;
• Be the privileged contact person for the client on the field;

Ensure compliance with safety rules and accompany operations until their handover.

You are responsible for the proper technical, financial and organizational execution of your sites, with strong autonomy in your daily work.

You have significant experience in HVAC site management and are able to take charge of your operations with complete autonomy.

Beyond your training, it is above all your mastery of the field and HVAC works that will make the difference.

You know how to organize a site, coordinate several stakeholders, manage subcontractors, anticipate material needs and manage any contingencies encountered in the field.

You are also comfortable in the relationship with clients and the various stakeholders of a site.

Rigorous, autonomous and organized, you are recognized for your ability to make decisions and move your operations forward.

A leader and pedagogue, you know how to unite teams and enforce quality, safety and deadline requirements.

You master the computer tools necessary for monitoring your sites.

Position based in the Grenoble area (38), with travel in the Rhône-Alpes region.
