Job offer : Versatile Accountant Part-time (M/F)

Working hours: Part-time (e.g., 17.5 h to 21 h / week, flexible distribution: 2 to 3 fixed days or mornings)

You will join a human-sized team to ensure the fluidity of our accounting and administrative processes

• Expense report & travel tracking: verification of supporting documents, consistency checks, analytical allocation, and preparation of payments for technical and site teams.
• Accounting entry & indexation management: recording supplier invoices, managing contractual indexations, and price revisions according to the formulas applicable to our projects.
• Reconciliations & matching: monitoring third-party accounts, bank reconciliation, and preparation of periodic closings in partnership with the accounting manager.
• Transversal management tasks: occasional participation in customer invoicing, administrative monitoring of site files, digital filing, and operational support for the support team.

• Education: Minimum Bac+2 in management / accounting (BTS CG, DUT/BUT GEA or equivalent).
• Rigor & method: great attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and consistency in checking accounting documents.
• Digital agility: perfect mastery of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and natural ease with integrated management software (ERP / accounting software).
• Versatility & team spirit: responsiveness, professional discretion, and a taste for varied tasks within a growing technical SME.
