The role

A key player in the construction sector based in Saint-Denis, this human-sized company develops ambitious projects. To support their growth and strengthen their administrative and financial team, we are looking for their future Accounting Assistant (M/F). Your daily challenges Reporting directly to management, you play a central role in the financial management of our construction sites and operations: Supplier management: Entry, account reconciliation, and preparation of payments. Monitoring & follow-ups: Invoice control, deadline tracking, and management of supplier reminders. Organization: Archiving, rigorous filing of accounting documents, and monitoring of administrative files. Team life: Involvement in the daily activity of the administrative department.

The profile we're looking for

Education: Bac +2 minimum in accounting (BTS Accounting, DUT GEA or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the construction sector would be a plus. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, accounting software). Rigor, organization, and autonomy. Good interpersonal skills and sense of confidentiality.
