HVAC Site Manager (M/F)

The role

We are looking for an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Site Manager (M/F)After-sales / Maintenance Department-SECTOR Basque Coast (Pyrénées Atlantiques, 64)

Your missions

Read and analyze technical plans and diagrams.
Organize the supply of equipment and tools.
Supervise and coordinate HVAC construction work: air conditioning systems in the tertiary sector (direct expansion - chilled water) or for private individuals, various heat pumps, and various renewable energy systems.
Provide daily reporting to the project manager.
Lead, manage, and supervise workers on the site to ensure the quality of the work.
Apply the company's health and safety (HSE) procedures and ensure the safety of people and property.

The profile we're looking for

Required skills

Required studies: Refrigeration training: BTS, Bachelor's degree
Years of experience: 3 years minimum
Desired training: Electrical authorization, Certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerants
Soft skills: Curiosity, Good interpersonal skills, Rigor and Autonomy
Driving license B mandatory
