Job offer : Construction Site Manager Structural Works (M/F)

Equipped with its own integrated Design Office, the company works on large-scale and varied projects: tertiary, collective housing, middle schools, town halls...

To complete and strengthen its field team, we are looking for a Site Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Your Missions:

Reporting to the Works Supervisor, you ensure the operational and human management of the sites entrusted to you. Your main missions will be:

• Field management: Plan, organize, and monitor the smooth running of daily work (equipment, supplies).

• Team management: Supervise your teams of workers and coordinate subcontractors in a spirit of transmission and efficiency.

• Technical and Quality: Ensure strict compliance with plans (in connection with the internal design office), deadlines, quality standards, and safety rules.

• Relationship: Be the trusted contact for clients and various partners on the site.
