Cleaning Team Leader (M/F)

The role

Our team of building experts is recruiting for its client, in the agri-food sector, a Cleaning Team Leader (M/F) on a CDI basis in Pouzauges as part of a new position creation.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Supervision of a team of 4 technicians
Organization and monitoring of cleaning operations in an agri-food environment
Verification of compliance with hygiene and food safety rules
Application and control of cleaning protocols

The profile we're looking for

You have experience in agri-food cleaning.

You have a good command of hygiene standards.

Expected skills: team management
Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility
Hours: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM (night work) + occasional work on Saturday afternoon
Proposed remuneration: approximately 14€/h

Benefits: meal allowance of 2.50€ / worked day + dressing/undressing bonus of 50€/month + night shift premium + overtime premium
