Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic Team Leader (M/F)

The role

Presentation: Our client is one of the national and international leaders in transport and logistics solutions. We are looking for a Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic Team Leader (M/F), for a CDI, in Toul.

Your mission will be to control, maintain, test, or adjust all mechanics of HGV trucks, namely:

Managing a small team of mechanics: Technical support, skills development
Participating in workshop management
Performing preventive maintenance operations
Carrying out breakdown diagnostics
Replacing defective parts
Reporting on operations performed

Remuneration:

2500 to 2700 euros gross / month negotiable according to experience and profile
On-call duty: 120€ / call-out, 2 per month on average
Day work 4 days out of 5 from Monday to Friday
Work on Saturday from 6 am to 1 pm
40h / week

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

With a technical background, you have proven experience as a Technician in an industrial mechanical workshop or similar (light or heavy vehicles).
You wish to evolve into a team leader position or already have initial management experience.
You must hold a B driving license.
You are autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous.
