Your missions:

Quality/Safety:

• Respect and ensure compliance with production criteria (productivity, yields, hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental rules)

Management:

• Plan, organize, regulate, and control production line activity based on available material and human resources.
• Coordinate the activity of personnel assigned to the line and communicate information.
• Communicate information upwards and downwards.
• Organize onboarding and on-the-job training.
• Regulate team operations to optimize working conditions and the social climate.

Your background:

• Experience in a similar position desired.
• Knowledge of the agri-food sector would be a plus.
• You are rigorous, organized, committed, and proactive.
