Your main missions

In close collaboration with the Production Manager, you will manage the activity of the manufacturing workshop and support your teams on a daily basis around 5 strategic axes:

Production & Technique: You organize work, optimize production capacities, manage stocks, and propose innovative investment projects.

Management & Interfaces: You lead your teams, conduct individual interviews, and foster fluid collaboration with cross-functional departments (Maintenance, Laboratory, Quality).

Safety & Prevention: A true priority, you guarantee the safety of employees through induction, safety talks, and strict compliance with equipment standards.

Quality & Environment: You drive continuous improvement actions and ensure exemplary compliance with sorting and storage standards.

Maintenance: You ensure the monitoring of first-level maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.

Practical information

This position is to be filled from October 30, 2026. You will benefit from a stimulating environment with an annual salary of 50,000 € based on a 35-hour week.

To fill the position of Workshop Manager (M/F), we are looking for a person with solid experience in team management and production management.

The ideal candidate has a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level of study in production management or mechanical engineering, combined with significant professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.

You have excellent mastery of planning tools and workplace safety standards. Your leadership, your organizational rigor, and your ability to solve complex problems will be decisive assets for optimizing the productivity of our workshop.

Proficiency in production management software (GPAO) and a recognized aptitude for uniting your employees around company objectives are highly desired.
