Job offer : Boilermaker Workshop Manager (M/F)

Actual is looking for a passionate and rigorous Boilermaker Workshop Manager (M/F) for one of its clients, based in Martin-Église (76370).

As part of an 18-month contract, you will be at the heart of the company's naval activity.

Your main missions

You will ensure the production of fishing equipment by planning production and managing raw material stocks. You will also manage maintenance and ship repair operations, including preparing quotes, monitoring sites, and performing technical cutting and welding. As a true manager, you will lead a team, organize schedules, and ensure the skills development of your employees. Finally, you will be a key contact for the shipping company, ensuring the technical monitoring of vessels and the link with the crews.

Profile sought

We are looking for a leader with solid experience of 5 years in naval or industrial boilermaking. Your sense of organization, your rigor, and your ability to take initiative will be your best assets. You have knowledge of mechanics, master office tools, and have good interpersonal skills. A category B driving license is essential for your travel to sites.

Working conditions
