Job offer : Execution Study Engineer (M/F)

Integrated into the Design Office structure and reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will act as a true support pillar for all Activity Managers and Construction/Installation Site Managers.

Your main mission consists of managing and carrying out HVAC and Plumbing (PLB) execution studies on a wide variety of projects, ranging from €10k to €5,000k (progressive evolution according to your profile).

Your Areas of Intervention

• Analysis & Design: You analyze client needs, specifications (DCE) for our lots as well as related lots, and precisely define the limits of our services.
• Technique & Modeling: You determine the best technical solutions to maximize operational efficiency, develop principle diagrams, perform technical calculations, and design plans/drawings directly in REVIT.
• Planning & Monitoring: You establish the execution study schedule and ensure it is met.
• Coordination & Synthesis: Communication is at the heart of your daily life. You actively participate in meetings with project management and ensure technical synthesis throughout the duration of the execution studies. You exchange and share information fluidly with internal teams (managers, construction sites), suppliers, and clients.

You possess a strong technical sensitivity, a sharp spirit of synthesis, and great rigor. Curious, proactive, and dynamic, you appreciate teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Training / Experience: With a Higher Technician (Bac+2/3) background, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in REVIT and AUTOCAD software (as well as Word/Excel) is essential for this position.
• Professional skills: Perfect technical mastery of HVAC and Plumbing installations is required.
• Mobility: Autonomous and mobile, you will be based in Bordeaux and will be required to travel as needed to various sites (a service vehicle will be provided).

• Contract type: CDI - Full time (with RTT).

• Remuneration: According to profile and experience.
