Job offer : Business Manager Operations/Maintenance - CFO/CFA M/F

Reporting to the Operations/Maintenance Manager, your duties are as follows

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations.
• Monitoring and management of service provider contracts.
• Regulatory monitoring.
• Support tenant clients.
• Works management.
• Ensure management on-call duties.

You hold a BAC + 2 (Associate degree) in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance or equivalent and you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You ideally have experience in CFO/CFA and in managing service providers.

Your interpersonal skills and customer service combined with your rigor and autonomy will be undeniable assets for this position.
