Human Resources Officer (M/F)

The role

Discipline and training
Operational disciplinary management. As a true support to managers, you will take charge of daily disciplinary issues:

Conducting disciplinary interviews (reprimands, warnings, etc.)
Supporting and advising managers in managing sensitive situations
Analyzing situations (unjustified absences, lateness, non-compliance with internal rules)
Drafting disciplinary letters (warnings, formal notices, etc.)
Monitoring disciplinary files and securing HR practices
You will also be called upon to intervene in broader HR missions.

The profile we're looking for

The profile sought

You have significant experience in operational HR.
You are comfortable with disciplinary issues and know how to manage sensitive situations with fairness.
You have an aptitude for skills development and structuring training.

You demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
