Job offer : Audiovisual Project Manager (M/F)

Within a dynamic team of 3 people, our client is looking for two project managers. They participate in the management of audiovisual projects after the sale by the sales department until the final delivery of the system, while respecting the costs and deadlines set. They create the technical file for each site.

The missions

• Fulfill company orders.
• Manage audiovisual solution installation projects from customer order to invoicing.
• Creation of the 3D SketchUp file representing the room according to the Architect's plan
• Installation and adjustment of audiovisual equipment on site (Video, Audio, Lighting, IT)
• Manage purchases
• Manage the production, shipping, and installation schedule
• Manage dialogue with the client
• Manage dialogue with subcontractors
• Manage dialogue with local partners
• Carry out the preparation, administration, testing, and shipping of equipment
• Participate in the various stages of installation
• Carry out acceptance with the client
• Build and monitor a budget
• Monitor and report on project progress

• General knowledge in audiovisual
• Ease with IT (Knowledge of Linux is a plus)
• Good writing skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• You master French and English and are comfortable reading and writing professional emails in English.
• You are motivated, quality-conscious, and ready to take on a new challenge
• You are resourceful and have a developed capacity for adaptation.
• You wish to work in an international environment
• You demonstrate versatility and high-level interpersonal skills
• You know how to manage pressure on a daily basis
• Frequent international travel
