Job offer : Category Manager Facilities Management (M/F)
The role
As part of a team reinforcement, you will join the procurement department with the main mission of positioning Procurement as a lever for operational and economic performance for the sites, by providing high-level procurement support to field teams, while structuring and delivering significant, measurable, and lasting savings. The position holds responsibility for managing and optimizing Facilities Management (Cleaning, Security, Waste Management) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) procurement across the entire France scope, with clear savings objectives aligned with business priorities.
Your responsibilities will be as follows
Define and deploy the procurement strategy for Facilities Management (Cleaning, Security, Waste) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) categories.
Identify, structure, and deliver short, medium, and long-term savings plans.
Provide reactive and solution-oriented support to field teams and support investment decisions.
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: sourcing, tenders (RFx), negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and monitor their performance (KPIs, SLAs) as well as regulatory compliance.
Optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and the management of MHE acquisition models.
Ensure accurate reporting of savings achieved versus committed.

The profile we're looking for
We are looking for a committed profile, recognized for their rigor and ability to navigate with ease between strategic issues and operational field realities.
Experience and Education
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with confirmed expertise in Facilities Management (Cleaning, Security, Waste) in a multi-site environment (logistics, industrial, or 3PL)
Technical Skills
Complete mastery of category management and complex service contract negotiation
Solid mastery of tender methodology and cost analysis (TCO)
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Behavioral Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication sense, and ability to influence various stakeholders
Results, performance, and savings generation oriented
Analytical mind, pragmatism, and ability to provide responses adapted to field constraints
Proposed Conditions
Remuneration: 55-60K€ depending on profile
Remote work: 2 days/week
