Job offer : Factory Butcher / Charcutier (M/F)

ACTUAL CARQUEFOU is recruiting a Butcher/Charcutier (M/F) for one of our clients located in CARQUEFOU 44470 FR.

This position involves ensuring the manufacturing, preparation, and salting of products, as well as supplying the workstation. Quality control, vacuum packaging, cleaning and disinfection of equipment, labeling and boxing, as well as stock management are also part of the responsibilities.You will also have additional tasks in this position:

• Receiving pork carcasses
• Preparing meat (sorting pieces)
• Cutting, deboning, trimming
• Cooking various pieces of meat
• Carrying out traceability on computer systems
• Checking product quality at each stage
• Packaging various pieces
• Cleaning factory equipment

You must carry out your tasks in compliance with hygiene and safety rules while respecting production requirements related to a food industry company.

Remuneration: 12.33€ then progression according to the position. Hours: daytime

Required skills: The candidate must have excellent mastery of meat cutting and preparation techniques. In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards is essential.
