Quality Assurance Assistant (M/F)

The role

YOUR ROLEReporting to the Quality Department, you guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturing standards at the Antony production site. You ensure the compliance of batch records and the preservation of data integrity.

MAIN MISSIONS

Control the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and support field teams in the "Right First Time" approach

Analyze product impact during batch record review, manage the opening and closing of quality events (QE) within deadlines, and verify the absence of blocking anomalies before shipment or certification

Participate in the overall process of evaluation, monitoring of batch records, and release of manufacturing lots

Administer dashboards and key performance indicators of the department, while ensuring secure physical and digital archiving of regulatory documents

Communicate quality requirements to operational teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The profile we're looking for

PROFILE SOUGHT

Education: BAC+3 level (Professional License in Quality, Chemistry/Biology or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industrial environment. Technical skills: Solid knowledge of medication, manufacturing processes, GMP / ISO standards, as well as scientific fundamentals (biochemistry, microbiology, immunology). Personal qualities: Decision-making and analytical capacity, responsiveness, interpersonal skills to unite teams, rigor, and adaptability.

JOB CONDITIONS

Remuneration: €2,267.96 gross / month. Location: Antony (92).
