Job offer : Supply Planner (M/F)

Your main missions

Order management and tracking: You ensure the complete processing of orders (registration, deadline tracking, proactive supplier follow-up) by relying on our management tools and net requirement calculation.

Inventory optimization: You contribute to controlling inventory value, analyze inventory discrepancies, and propose adjustment solutions to meet operational constraints.

Administrative management: You ensure data reliability in our information system, create item references, and manage invoices and service receipts.

The profile sought

Holding a Bac or higher degree (administration, logistics, or management), you have successful initial experience in an industrial environment. You are proficient in office tools and ERP systems. Endowed with great rigor and an excellent sense of interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. A good level of English would be an additional asset.

Job conditions

Position 100% on-site in Les Sables d'Olonne. Fixed annual remuneration between €25,000 and €30,000 depending on your profile. Inclusive company that considers all applications with equal skills, including those from people with disabilities.

To join a team as a Supply Planner (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic person with 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in a logistics or industrial environment.

The ideal candidate must hold a Level III qualification (Bac +2, BTS, DUT, or equivalent) and demonstrate excellent mastery of inventory management and flow planning processes.

You possess a keen sense of organization, real rigor in order tracking, as well as great interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our suppliers and internal departments.

Your ability to anticipate needs and your responsiveness will be decisive assets to ensure the continuity of our activities and the satisfaction of our customers.
