Join a dynamic team as an Operations Agent (M/F) in Blois!

We are looking for a Radio Control Center Operations Agent, a true pivot of the network's operational organization. You will play a central role in real-time coordination and driver support.

Your main missions

• Manage and lead the Radio Control Center by ensuring compliance with instructions and monitoring the proper functioning of the network.
• Support drivers by disseminating crucial information and providing assistance in the event of an incident.
• Ensure immediate and short-term planning, while updating reports.
• Provide radio coverage on weekends and public holidays.
• Occasionally replace a driver or vehicle if necessary, while contributing to the fight against fraud.
• Guarantee the quality, safety, and compliance of the service by ensuring punctuality and adherence to procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with Management.

Profile sought

• Training in transport desired with initial experience in passenger transport.
• Knowledge of social regulations and mastery of office tools.
• Excellent communication and priority management skills.
• Driving license B mandatory, Driving license D + FIMO passenger transport desired.
