Job offer : Deputy Decoration Sector Manager (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Decoration Sector Manager, your missions will consist of
- Controlling the presentation, maintenance and cleanliness of the aisles
- Organizing shelves, promotions and events in connection with the teams
- Management and monitoring of your sector's indicators
- Welcoming, advising and guiding customers
- Checking stocks and correct product referencing
- Optimizing customer satisfaction through field presence, resolving customer disputes and proximity to the teams
The profile we're looking for
Coming from a commercial or technical background, you have at least 2/3 years of experience as a confirmed salesperson, department manager or sector manager in the DIY and/or GSB environment.
