Job offer : Specialized machine technician (M/F)

Your missions

Reporting to the workshop manager, you will ensure the startup, adjustments, and monitoring of finishing machines to guarantee production that meets quality requirements:

• Adjustments and production startup: Perform assembly, disassembly, and optimized adjustments of equipment according to production files.
• Diagnosis and incident resolution: Detect and analyze malfunctions, intervene on necessary adjustments, or collaborate with expert services (maintenance) for the resolution of issues.
• First-level maintenance: Perform preventive and curative first-level maintenance on finishing equipment.
• Monitoring and business continuity: Fill out monitoring tools (dashboards, incident logs, quality) and ensure detailed handover between teams.
• Continuous improvement: Log issues, characterize defects, and contribute to updating adjustment files.

Could it be you?

• Strong background with a BTS in Electrotechnics, BTS in Automated Systems Maintenance (MSA), or Maintenance of Production Systems (MSP), ideally completed through a work-study program.
• Experience: Validated initial experience (excluding work-study) incorporating skills in electricity, pneumatics, and basic mechanics. Previous experience in pad printing or hot stamping is a real plus.
• Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and sense of organization.

Contractual elements

• Fixed remuneration: €2,500 to €3,000 gross/month (breaks included, i.e., €30k to €36k/year).
• Working time: 10 RTT days per year.
• Bonuses and benefits: Profit-sharing agreement, transport allowances, and restaurant vouchers.

• Hours: 2x8 (alternating every other week: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
