Job offer : Social Worker (M/F)

Attached to the Social Division of the Operations Department, you will act as a Social Worker within a social residence. In direct collaboration with the Social Referent and in partnership with a Social Residence Manager, you will be a key player in the support and residential path of the tenants.

Your main missions

• Individual support & Access to rights
• Welcome and listen to candidates during pre-admission interviews, then present their situation to the Housing Allocation Commission.
• Co-construct a personalized project with each resident with the aim of removing barriers to sustainable rehousing.
• Facilitate tenants' access to rights and support them in carrying out their administrative procedures.
• Ensure local social monitoring, in direct connection with issues related to their housing.
• Collective actions & Residential life
• Organize and lead collective actions as well as information meetings to promote the dynamics of the residence. Partnership, Management & Administrative
• Collaborate actively with institutions and local partners to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Work on the prevention of unpaid rent and participate in meetings organized with the litigation department.
• Contribute to rental management, in connection with the various reservation holders and housing aid schemes.
• Provide reinforcement to the team by ensuring occasional replacements within the association's other structures.

You must hold a State Diploma in the social sector (CESF, AS or ES) and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Recognized for your excellent listening and communication skills, you are dynamic and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team. You also have a good command of Office 365 office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Benefits & ConditionsLocation and start: Position based in Ivry-sur-Seine (94) and to be filled immediately.
