JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person with good knowledge of Office tools to provide support for a document management project in the Quality department of Werfen for the Immunoassay Technology Center (located in Lliçà D'Amunt, Av. Can Montcau, 7).

The selected person will collaborate in the collection, organization, and adaptation of existing procedures and instructions, transferring the information to a new corporate format.

Main functions

· Collect information from different documents and procedures.

· Adapt existing documentation to a new standardized format.

· Unify presentation criteria and document structure.

· Review and organize files to ensure their correct classification.

· Provide support in document management improvement projects for the area.

Requirements

· Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work with extensive and structured documentation.

· Proactivity and ability to manage information from different sources.

· Model: On-site.

· Start date: Immediate

· Schedule: Preferably mornings, part-time
