The role

. Transform drawings into compliant, reliable and precise parts, while actively contributing to the quality and performance of the workshop. You will work on individual parts or small series requiring know-how, precision and autonomy.

Within a modern workshop, you will be in charge of manufacturing parts from A to Z

Analyze drawings, define machining ranges and parameters. Program at the console (3-axis and 5-axis). Choose, mount and adjust cutting tools according to the material. Define cutting parameters: speeds, feeds, passes and lubrication. Ensure the start-up of production and monitoring. Check the conformity of your parts (caliper, bore gauge, column...). Guarantee the conformity of parts throughout the manufacturing process. Identify and report malfunctions and propose improvement solutions. Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment and workshop upkeep.

The profile we're looking for

You are not just an operator. You are a true machining technician involved in the entire manufacturing process.

You master the MAZAK language and console programming. You know how to read drawings and identify tolerances and functional dimensions.

Beyond the technical aspect, we are looking for a rigorous, organized, autonomous person capable of visualizing volumes in space.

To join our team, you must have a CAP/BEP/Bac pro/BTS qualification in machining and have solid experience in turning/milling.
