POSITION OBJECTIVE / MISSION

Analyze and prepare technical and economic studies that guarantee the viability, efficiency, and profitability of construction projects, providing strategic value.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Study of the offer and analysis of the technical documentation of the proposal for its subsequent planning and preparation.
• Preparation of the offer: technical, economic, and administrative, to be presented to the client.
• Propose alternatives to project proposals.
• Coordinate the logistics and implementation proposal, phases, and site zoning. Lean planning.
• Make requests for quotes to industrial suppliers and follow up on them. Supplier management.
• Participate in the creation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the offer.
• Identify key/strategic collaborators (suppliers) for the bidding and execution of projects and manage integration with the Purchasing department from the beginning.
• Participate in the transfer of project information from Studies to Operations.
• Extract the client's preventive, quality, and environmental interests to include them, along with the group's own, in the tender.

• Safety and PPE: Comply with site/office rules and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment.
• Active prevention: Maintain order, apply job preventive measures, and report (or stop) any risky situation.
• Emergencies and training: Know the evacuation plan and participate in mandatory training.
• Sustainability: Comply with and promote the company's environmental best practices.

DESIRABLE EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS

Technical or Higher Architecture / Public Works Engineering / CCyP Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Technical Engineering.

KNOWLEDGE

• TOOLS: Presto (high level), Rib 4 (high level), AutoCAD (medium level), Office (high level), BIM tools (medium level).
• LANGUAGES: English essential (high level)
• Lean Construction. Sustainability and Circular Construction
• ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar position. Previous experience on site is a plus.
