Studies and Estimating Technician (M/F)

About the project

Join a leading company in the installations sector, 90% specialized in large comprehensive projects for the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, and holiday complexes). We manage large-scale projects (electrical installations of up to €22M), providing a high level of technical and execution detail.

Your mission

As a Studies and Estimating Technician (Electrical Specialty), you will be key in the preparation and analysis of technical and economic bids. We are looking for a highly decisive professional: someone who, upon receiving a hotel floor plan, has the full capacity to design and budget electrical installations from scratch and with complete autonomy.

Main functions

• Design and Budgeting: Design the electrical installations of hotel complexes (all Low Voltage, lighting, electrical panels, machine rooms, and parts of Medium Voltage).

• Technical Analysis: "Break down" and analyze generalist projects that reach us, evaluating viability, studying costs, and optimizing resources to ensure profitability.

• Project Management: Identify possible deviations, evaluate risks, and propose corrective and technical improvement measures.

• Cross-functional work: Constant coordination with engineering, production, logistics, and technical relations with suppliers.

• Education: Engineering degree.
• Experience: Senior profile (minimum 5 years of experience) in cost studies, budgeting, and electrical design.
• Specialization: Essential experience in installations for building/hotels. (We are looking for someone accustomed to this level of detail; profiles with experience exclusively in the industrial sector do not fit this position).
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and office software.
• Autonomy: Ability to solve problems and add value from minute one.
• Location: Palma de Mallorca.
• Languages: Knowledge of English and/or French will be positively valued.

What do we offer you? Joining a highly consolidated team, working on millionaire and top-tier projects, in a dynamic and stable environment.
