About the client

A major business group, a reference in the mobility and automotive sector, with a solid track record and a consolidated market presence, is looking to add a Recruitment Specialist (M/F) to its Human Resources team.

🛠️ What will you do in your day-to-day?

Recruitment

  • Comprehensive process management: leading technical, operational, and middle management vacancies.

  • Business partner: gathering requirements with managers and defining the ideal profile.

  • Strategic sourcing: posting job offers and active searching for professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and networking.

  • Expert evaluation: CV screening, competency-based interviews, and report writing.

  • Follow-up: continuous support for the candidate until the position is closed.

Candidate experience, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the process.

  • Participate in onboarding and welcome programs for new hires.

  • Follow up on new hires to ensure proper integration.

  • Manage offboarding processes and analyze exit interviews.

Talent and Human Resources projects

  • Actively collaborate on talent management and development projects.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts.

  • Participate in process improvement and Employer Branding initiatives.

Internship management

  • Coordinate with universities and training centers.

  • Manage and supervise internship agreements.

  • Provide tutoring and manage associated administrative procedures.

🎯 What are we looking for?

Education and experience

  • Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in recruitment, either in a final company or consultancy.

  • Experience in managing operational, technical, and middle management profiles.

Languages and tools

  • Spanish and Catalan: high or native level.

  • English: minimum B2 level.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
