For 12 months, you will live a professional experience in a leading mobility company, participating in impactful projects and learning from the inside how a large organization moves. You will be able to develop in areas such as Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, Communication, HR, Operations, Legal, or Planning & Analytics.

What makes us special?

The company offers you a 12-month internship accompanied by higher education at EADA Business School, 100% subsidized, where you will obtain a Master in Management and Digital Business in the Automotive Industry degree.

In addition to this, you will also have access to

• Study aid: €802 gross per month.

• Meal subsidy: internal canteen (you will pay a maximum of €3 per menu).

• Mobility aid: if you do not reside in the Catalonia region, we help you with the cost of your relocation (€500 at the start of the scholarship and €500 at the end of the full program).

• Flexibility as a philosophy of life: with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.

• Paid annual leave: 20 working days in summer and 5 working days at Christmas.

• Programs: engagement plans, team building, brand events, employee meetings, among others.

What are we looking for in you?

• People who have recently completed a degree or master's degree.

• Availability to carry out a 12-month training experience.

• Interest in developing in an international and innovative environment.

• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of German will be highly valued.

• Digital skills: Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, among others.

• Proactive attitude, communication skills, and motivation to take on new challenges.

• Attention to detail, passion for the sector, high learning capacity.
