Job offer : Fire Safety Technician (M/F)
The role
Your field missionsOnce trained, you will work independently with a varied clientele (hospitals, local authorities, tertiary and industrial sites):
- Maintenance & Control: Perform preventive and corrective checks on fire safety equipment (extinguishers, fire hose reels, smoke extraction systems, emergency lighting, fire safety systems).
- Diagnosis & Repair: Identify anomalies, proceed with replacements and bring supports and equipment into compliance.
- Advice & Customer Relations: Explain standards and regulations, advise clients on improving their safety, and write intervention reports.
- Organization & Safety: Manage the stock of parts in the vehicle, prepare your interventions, and respect QSE instructions (PPE, waste sorting).
The profile we're looking for
Profile soughtAccess conditions: Must be registered as a job seeker with France Travail to benefit from the POE program.
Technical prerequisites: No diploma or prior experience in fire safety is required; motivated beginners are accepted. A CAP/BEP level (electricity, maintenance, technical) or initial manual experience is a plus.
License & Travel
- Valid B license for at least 2 years (manual transmission driving).
- Numerous daily trips to be expected in the Île-de-France region (vehicle provided upon hiring).
Soft skills
- Rigor, autonomy, manual dexterity, and good interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of basic knowledge (reading, writing simple reports, fundamental calculations).

Contract / Terms: Full-time (35h / week) – Initial 3-month training (POE - 450h provided by AFPA) with direct and guaranteed hiring at the end of the training.

As part of an Operational Preparation for Employment (POE) program, in strategic partnership with AFPA and France Travail, you will benefit from a complete professional training course of 450 hours (theoretical modules, practical work on technical platforms, and company internship). This qualifying training is fully covered and guarantees you a long-term CDI/CDD hire at the end of the course.
