As part of our collaboration with an industrial player specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-tech equipment, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F).

Your main responsibilities:

1. FAI file management

Analyze customer requirements, drawings, technical specifications, and applicable documents.

Prepare and compile FAI files in accordance with the EN 9102 standard and specific customer requirements.

Collect, verify, and compile the elements necessary for the creation of files: dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, certificates of conformity, traceability documents, and manufacturing records.

Verify the consistency between the characteristics defined in the drawing, manufacturing processes, and inspection results.

Ensure the compliance, completeness, and traceability of files before submission to the customer.

Manage initial, partial, or renewal FAIs according to applicable requirements.

2. Quality support for operational teams

Collaborate with the Methods, Industrialization, Production, and Inspection departments to ensure the availability of data required for FAIs.

Participate in the improvement of inspection practices and the creation of quality files.

Ensure the application of quality requirements specific to aeronautical products.

With a technical background in industrial quality, mechanics, production engineering, or equivalent, you ideally have initial experience in quality within a demanding industrial environment, preferably in the aeronautical sector.

You have the following skills:

• Good command of mechanical drawing reading and ISO GPS dimensioning.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, forming, and/or metal boiler-making processes.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and use manufacturing and inspection documents.
• Knowledge of the EN 9100 standard and the FAI process, ideally acquired during experience in aeronautics.
• Proficiency in office software and ease with document management.

Knowledge of EN 9100 standards, aeronautical customer requirements, and special processes is an asset.
