On-site HVAC Technician (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the site manager, your main missions will be to

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration installations: cooling units, distribution circuits, air conditioning cabinets, split-systems, heat pumps, chilled water. As well as multi-technical equipment (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing...). Intervene on auxiliary systems: power supply, regulation, and BMS. Diagnose breakdowns, organize interventions, and accompany subcontractors on sites. Use our CMMS tool to manage interventions and write reports. Propose technical improvements, participate in the creation of quotes, and carry out associated work. Be a trusted contact for the client. Respect safety instructions and prevent risks.

Additional elements

Participation in site on-call duties (industrial/tertiary). Ability to support the Technical Manager on various technical subjects of the site. Remuneration package: Salary range between 30k and 35k gross over 13 months, access to the company restaurant.

The profile we're looking for

The skills required for this position

Bac Pro or BTS training in climate engineering or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Good know-how in climate engineering, particularly in welding and brazing. Refrigerant fluids certification mandatory. Sense of organization, good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and initiative. Ability to propose technical solutions and manage projects.
