The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the industrialization of production in line with client requests and allocated budgets, for the updating and validation of technical data, and for the optimization of the performance of the production tool.
We are looking for a person with a 2-year degree (bac+2) in process design, with 3 to 5 years of experience in methods, and mastery of LEAN MANUFACTURING. Knowledge of 3D design software, such as Solidworks, is a plus.
The qualities necessary to succeed in this position include: proactivity, curiosity, rigor, organization, and innovation.
Information
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Working hours: 39 hours per week, daytime hours
- Remuneration: Salary based on experience and training, with individual and collective bonuses, profit-sharing, incentive schemes, and 70% coverage of the company health insurance.
Start date: as soon as possible
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with an education level of Level III Title
- Bac +2
- BTS, DUT or equivalent. Professional experience of 1 to 2 years is required for this position.
The ideal candidate must master essential skills in process and production management, with a demonstrated ability to optimize manufacturing processes. Particular attention will be paid to candidates with technical expertise and an aptitude for teamwork.
It is crucial that the candidate is able to adapt quickly to new technologies and manage resources effectively to achieve production goals.
