The role

Our team of experts specializing in Construction & Industry is recruiting for its client, a national player specializing in multi-service housing maintenance, a Heating Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Nantes (44).

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows:

Carry out maintenance visits for boilers and heat pumps (PAC).
Diagnose breakdowns and carry out repairs on boilers and heat pumps.
Intervene on sanitary installations, plumbing, and fittings.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in occupied collective housing.
Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of interventions and local service.

The profile we're looking for

Profile:

Ideally, you have a technical background and possess solid foundations in heating and/or plumbing.

Personal qualities: Autonomy, organization, versatility, customer focus, and team spirit.

Proposed remuneration: 25-30K€ + bonuses.

Organization: Full-time position, based in Nantes (44), to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI).
