Your missions
Technical interventions
- Install dishwashing dosing systems and dilution systems
- Intervene on the laundry side in support of expert technicians
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations
- Ensure the quality and compliance of installations
Organization and preparation
- Follow the intervention schedule via the CRM
- Prepare your equipment and anticipate spare parts needs
- Ensure the management and maintenance of your vehicle and tools
Monitoring and traceability
- Fill out intervention reports and ensure their compliance
- Ensure the traceability of operations performed
- Inform customers of services performed and any necessary additions
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting anomalies

The profile we're looking for
Your profile
- Technical training (maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent)
- Skills in system installation (dishwashing, dilution) and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electricity, authorization appreciated
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of communication
- Ability to work independently and in support of expert teams
- Rigorous, organized, and customer-service oriented
- Driving license B essential (frequent travel, overnight stays possible)
