The role
Your missions
Technical interventions
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot dilution and dosing systems (laundry & dishwashing)
- Guarantee the quality, reliability and aesthetics of the installations
- Ensure the settings and proper functioning of the equipment with complete autonomy
Organization and preparation
- Plan and optimize your routes via the CRM
- Prepare your equipment and manage your stock of spare parts: the exact quantity of dispensers, dilution systems, dishwashing and laundry dosers and consumables useful for the proper completion of the task entrusted to you.
- Ensure the sufficient presence, in your vehicle, of spare parts for the completion of these troubleshooting and maintenance interventions on dilution systems and dishwashing and laundry dosers.
Follow-up and traceability
- Write intervention reports and ensure their compliance
- Guarantee the traceability of actions and customer satisfaction
- Report anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement
Technical support and business development
- Support sales teams during technical audits
- Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions
- Identify business development opportunities

You cover the following departments: Ain (01), Allier (03), Ardèche (07), Côte-d'Or (21), Drôme (26), Isère (38), Jura (39), Loire (42), Haute-Loire (43), Rhône (69), Saône-et-Loire (71), Savoie (73) and Haute-Savoie (74).
The profile we're looking for
Your profile
- Technical training (maintenance, electrotechnics or equivalent)
- Experience in system installation and technical equipment maintenance
- Good knowledge of electricity and machine installation
- Knowledge of applied chemistry (detergent, booster, softener)
- Ability to perform profitability calculations and analyze performance
- Commercial sensitivity with a business flair (internal training possible)
- Autonomy, rigor and customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and field analysis capacity
- Driving license B essential (frequent travel, overnight stays possible)
- Electrical authorization BR/BC/H0V
Customer environment
