Job offer : Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Join a leading industrial player, expert in the design of critical subsystems for the aeronautics, space, and defense sectors. In a phase of growth, our client is recruiting a passionate Maintenance Technician (M/F) to contribute to the performance and excellence of its industrial facilities.

Your main missions

Reporting directly to the Maintenance and General Services Manager, you will ensure the operational condition, reliability, and performance of all industrial equipment: Preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, etc.). Coordinate and plan interventions in close collaboration with production. Record and ensure rigorous monitoring of each action taken. Corrective maintenance: Diagnose malfunctions and perform rapid equipment troubleshooting. Assess the impact of breakdowns with the teams concerned to prevent recurrence. Continuous improvement and criticality: Update the criticality assessment of the machine fleet. Manage the stock of spare parts required for interventions. Contribute to machine obsolescence management projects.

Practical information

This position is to be filled as part of a long-term temporary assignment or a permanent contract (CDI) in Les Mureaux (78130). You will benefit from an attractive salary between €2,500 and €2,800 gross per month over 13 months, supplemented by meal vouchers. The work schedule is during the day (8:00 AM - 4:26 PM) or in shifts depending on requirements.

To excel as a Maintenance Technician (M/F), you ideally have a technical background such as a Vocational Baccalaureate or BTS in Systems Maintenance. Your expertise allows you to intervene with ease on issues related to mechanics, electricity, automation, and hydraulics.

You have solid experience of at least 10 years in an industrial environment. As an expert in general mechanics, you also master pneumatic and hydraulic systems and possess knowledge of automation. Regular use of a CMMS tool and sensitivity to traceability standards (FOD) will be your assets for success. Recognized for your rigor and team spirit, you know how to demonstrate responsiveness.
