Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

For our client specializing in the manufacture of household cleaning products and toiletries and hygiene products, we are looking for a maintenance technician (M/F).

Your missions are

• Carry out the necessary interventions to maintain the operation of equipment and infrastructure peripheral to production lines.
• Carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations on utilities to ensure the continuity of operations.
• Carry out maintenance operations on infrastructure and buildings.
• Analyze needs arising from various action plans, be proactive in order to minimize downtime and reduce the costs of spare parts and/or installation supplies, propose improvement actions (technical modifications, implementation of preventive actions) to eliminate or reduce occurrences.
• Enter interventions on the appropriate documents.
• Inform the utilities maintenance supervisor of any detected malfunction in order to schedule an intervention.
• Participate in projects for the implementation of new equipment. Provide support, according to your area of expertise, during the industrialization of new products, and develop the necessary action plans based on the results.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of technical solutions to improve equipment productivity and reduce waste.

Your skills

• Electrical: Electrical authorization B2V / BR, electrical diagnostics / installation of new equipment, knowledge of NFC 15100
• Mechanical: Experience in pump / agitator / reducer maintenance
• Welding: Knowledge of arc and TIG welding
• Office automation: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
