The role

Your team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, a specialist in multi-technical maintenance, for a Multi-technical Maintenance Technician (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment.

Start date: immediate

Itinerant between Rennes and Laval.

Working on an itinerant basis and on-site at tertiary-type buildings, your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows:

Ensure your own safety and that of subcontractors
Carry out and then close intervention requests
Perform corrective maintenance operations on equipment
Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, small works
High voltage and low voltage

The profile we're looking for

You have a technical background in electricity and initial experience in high and low voltage.

Expected skills: Analysis and proposal of technical solutions, preparation of quotes.

Personal qualities: Interpersonal skills, analytical mind.

This position requires electrical authorization (BR/H0/B2V)
Hours: 08:00-12:00/13:30-17:30 except Friday 17:00
Intervention area: Itinerant between Laval / Rennes
Proposed remuneration: approximately 14 - 16€/h
