The role

Within a strategic industrial center and reporting directly to the Operational Maintenance Manager, you will join a structured organization of approximately 30 employees. As part of a team reinforcement aimed at supporting the growing challenges of automation and the development of preventive maintenance, you will occupy a central position within the fixed night team. Your daily life will consist of ensuring the availability and performance of highly automated niche installations, while collaborating closely with the field production teams.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows:

Ensure diagnosis and corrective troubleshooting of equipment with a strong focus on industrial electricity and automation, in order to reduce machine downtime.

Intervene on the first level of automation analysis (Siemens and Beckhoff) by connecting directly to the programs to decrypt and resolve technical anomalies.

Carry out and optimize planned preventive maintenance operations while participating in the creation and development of control ranges.

Ensure rigorous traceability of interventions in the CMMS tool by writing clear and structured reports to feed the continuous improvement process.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and methods in order to reliably improve the site's technical standards.

The profile we're looking for

This position is aimed at a person passionate about industrial technology, endowed with a methodical analytical mind and a desire to invest long-term in a demanding automated environment.

Experience and Training

  • Holder of a minimum Bac+2 level diploma in the industrial field (type MEI, MI, Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation or equivalent).

  • You have proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in an industrial environment (heavy industry, automotive, metallurgy, etc.).

Technical skills

  • Solid skills in industrial electricity and complex fault diagnosis

  • Essential initial mastery of automation (reading and connection to Siemens / Beckhoff environments).

  • Proven rigor in the use and reporting via a CMMS tool.

  • Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, or industrial robotics is a strong asset for succeeding in this position.

Behavioral skills

  • Developed analytical mind, rigor, and strict respect for safety rules.

  • Reactivity, composure in production contingency situations, and intelligent autonomy.

  • Excellent sense of teamwork, communication, and cooperation in the field.

Proposed conditions

  • Remuneration: From €37,000 to €42,000 gross annual depending on your profile and level of experience (Level 2 or Level 3).

  • Hours: Stable rhythm in fixed night shift, from Monday to Friday from 9:45 PM to 5:45 AM.

  • Telework: Not applicable (field position).
