Job offer : Machining Technician (M/F)

Presentation:

Position to be filled on a CDI basis within a dynamic small business (TPE) specializing in machining, precision mechanics, prototyping, as well as small and medium series, based in Beaucourt (90). As part of an urgent recruitment for a replacement, we are looking for a Machining Technician / Turner who is immediately operational to work on CNC machines. Within a young, friendly team and in an environment offering great autonomy as well as flexible working hours, you will be in charge of carrying out turning work on modern equipment.

Missions:

• Prepare, set up, and operate Fagor brand CNC lathes.
• Use conversational or ISO programming languages via Mastercam software.
• Produce parts for prototyping as well as small and medium series according to drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and necessary adjustments during production.
• Demonstrate versatility (a Swiss Army knife profile with notions of or interest in milling is highly appreciated).
• Manage your tasks autonomously and responsibly on a daily basis.

Profile sought:

• Training in machining / mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in CNC turning.
• Profile directly operational on Fagor machines and mastery of Mastercam (conversational / ISO).
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to adapt and desire to evolve within a rapidly developing small business (prospect of evolution towards a management / team leader role depending on the profile).
• Geographical proximity to Beaucourt desired.

• Remuneration: €25k to €32k gross annual (depending on profile and experience, on an indicative starting base around €2,000 / €2,200 gross monthly)
