Job offer : TCE Design Office Technician (M/F)

Within a rapidly growing department currently undergoing reorganization, you will design the technical solutions necessary for the realization of custom layout projects.

Your missions

Design & Technical Studies

• Carry out technical surveys and precise measurements on site.
• Draw technical plans on AutoCAD while integrating architectural constraints.
• Translate aesthetic intentions into technical and feasible solutions.
• Develop the complete technical file for all lots (TCE) in accordance with the specifications.

Budget Management & Consultation

• Establish the budget envelope and create detailed TCE quotes (APS/APD phases).
• Consult engineering and experts: structure, lighting, refrigeration, etc.
• List and negotiate the captive lots of the site (control, security, diagnostics).
• Prepare supplier and subcontractor orders.

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare provisional schedules and work methodology.
• Lead internal handover meetings between departments (Creative, Commercial, Furniture).
• Provide technical support to the site manager during the installation phase.
• Deploy necessary improvements to tools to optimize department performance.

Occasional travel to client sites to be expected.

This position is for you if you are

• Graduated in layout (BTS ERA or DRB) or other training related to layout, TCE, or furniture.
• Expert in AutoCAD, Sketchup
• Seasoned technician, passionate about carpentry and materials.
• Rigorous, with an attention to detail focused on total quality.
• Collaborative and agile in your inter-departmental exchanges.
