Job offer : Talent Acquisition (M/F)

In collaboration with your manager and the consultant, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process

• Drafting and posting job advertisements
• Sourcing and telephone pre-selection of candidates for support functions and accounting/finance roles
• Conducting recruitment interviews and assessing skills
• Updating our ATS and administrative follow-up of applications
• Supporting candidates throughout the process
• Contributing to the management of talent pools and loyalty
• Participating in market monitoring and, depending on interest, initial client discussions

The profile we are looking for

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a firm or temporary employment agency
• You are rigorous, proactive, and motivated by teamwork.
• You appreciate a dynamic pace and variety of tasks. You are comfortable with digital tools, job boards, and professional networks.
• You are resilient.
• You have a sense of customer satisfaction.
