Actual Talent is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant intern (M/F) to join its Lyon office.

• Duration: 4 months minimum

Your missions

In collaboration with the consultants, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process

• Drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Sourcing and telephone pre-selection of candidates.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and assessing skills.
• Updating our ATS and administrative follow-up of applications.
• Supporting candidates throughout the process.
• Contributing to talent pool management and loyalty.
• Participating in market monitoring and, depending on interest, initial client interactions.
