Job offer : Site Quality Manager (M/F)
The role
Within the Defense Business Unit, reporting to the Project Quality Department Manager in La Seyne-sur-Mer, you will be responsible for coordinating project quality during the IPER to ensure that project services meet the Client's quality requirements and the internal quality framework.
To carry out your mission, you will notably need to
- Be the privileged contact for clients and the project team for all quality aspects;
- Maintain and ensure the permanent adequacy of quality provisions and support project teams during the IPER;
- Ensure the application of the company's internal processes and compliance with the client's quality requirements;
- Manage milestones (internal and external) during the project and manage various indicators;
- Lead and consolidate the work of the various quality actors (inspection, control, client visits) and monitor the internal production of products;
- Manage non-conformities, product/process malfunctions, and critical project points and lead root cause analyses based on problem-solving tools like 8D, 5M...;
- Manage product configuration and necessary modifications;
- Establish product acceptance dossiers;
- Pronounce industrial qualification and product compliance with client and regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project provisions, ensure the permanent adequacy of various technical documents and criteria for product performance;
- Carry out and follow up on action plans for internal project audits;
- Promote and maintain a quality culture within project teams.
The profile we're looking for
- Bac+2 (2-year degree) in the field of quality/project management and/or technical;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management on projects and preferably in the context of an IPER;
- Knowledge of Windchill software;
- Ability to collaborate with various company actors (purchasing, production, projects, etc...);
- Strong interest in technical subjects.
Your knowledge of the industrial environment, your rigor, and your powers of persuasion as well as your ability to work in a team will be major assets.

- Project-based CDI (approximate duration of 20 months)
- Executive status with a 216-day package (approximately 2 weeks of RTT/year)
- Remuneration starting from 39K€ over 13 months, scalable according to profile
