The role

Do you want to lead a strategic project for the company with high operational impact?

Join a team committed to the next-generation Motorized Floating Bridges program for the French Army (SYFRALL).

Following the award of this new contract, we are looking for our Project Quality Manager to organize this implementation and ensure its monitoring in a specific GME context.

Your challenges:

Within the project team, you will have to implement and coordinate project quality to ensure compliance with the Client's quality requirements and the internal quality framework.

You will be the leader in managing project quality from start to finish, whether it involves implementing the management plan, managing milestones, ensuring reporting, creating indicators, or managing and resolving non-conformities.

As a true technical and regulatory guarantor, it will be your responsibility to pronounce industrial qualification and product compliance.

Furthermore, your quality expertise will allow you to contribute to continuous improvement as well as promote and maintain a culture of quality within projects.

Finally, your communication skills, your ability to unite, and your rigor will be essential to establish effective and trusting relationships with partners within the GME.

The profile we're looking for

Master's degree in quality/project management;

Proven experience in quality management of complex industrial projects of at least 10 years.

Experience in the Defense sector would be a real asset; otherwise, in a demanding industrial environment (Oil & Gas, nuclear, rail, aeronautics...).

Leadership, rigor, ability to anticipate, and adaptability.

Solid skills in cross-functional management.

A strong interest in technical subjects.

Occasional travel is to be expected.
