Job offer : Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Are you a maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? Actual is looking for a dynamic Maintenance Manager (m/f) for one of its clients to join a team in the heart of Ghisonaccia.

As part of this position to be filled as soon as possible, you will be in charge of the overall maintenance management within a campsite. You will ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and guarantee the quality of life for the residents.

To fill the position of Maintenance Manager (m/f), we are looking for a professional with solid technical expertise and a proven ability to lead teams. You ideally have a level of education from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics, accompanied by significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.

The ideal candidate perfectly masters the management of preventive and curative maintenance as well as the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). Your sense of organization allows you to optimize interventions while ensuring strict compliance with current safety and quality standards.

Endowed with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, you know how to unite your employees around production objectives. Mastery of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools is essential to ensure rigorous activity monitoring. Finally, your analytical capacity and responsiveness will be decisive assets to anticipate needs and ensure the continuity of the installations.
