Maintenance Manager (M/F)

The role

Your role is structured around four fundamental pillars to ensure the availability of production tools

Technical Excellence: You manage preventive and corrective maintenance, handle spare parts inventory and tooling, while ensuring the upkeep of infrastructure and buildings.

Proximity Management: You lead and develop the skills of a field team. Your priority is daily involvement alongside your employees to support technical challenges.

Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE): As a guarantor of safety, you ensure compliance with rules (PPE, prevention plans). You have the authority to stop any equipment deemed dangerous and actively participate in ISO procedures.

Operational HR Management: You participate in recruitment, ensure the integration of new arrivals, and manage schedules and annual reviews.

The profile we're looking for

Education: You hold a 2-year degree (BTS/DUT) or have significant experience in mechanics, electromechanics, or electrical engineering.

Certifications: Current electrical certifications are essential. Operation of machinery (aerial work platforms, forklifts, overhead cranes) is planned subject to certification.

Soft Skills: A natural leader and unifier, you are recognized for your diplomacy and excellent communication.

Temperament: You have a strong results-oriented culture and enjoy being concretely present in the field.
