Your job? Manage dry goods, DPH, promotions, etc. independently.

Hierarchical reporting: members.

Main missions: A clever mix of professional expertise, team management, and commercial excellence.

• Turnover management: Analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring of margin objectives.

• Management: Supervision and leadership of a team of self-service employees.

• Stock management: Placing orders and fighting against shortages and shrinkage.

• Merchandising: Showcasing products and optimizing layouts (mass plans).

• Commercial dynamics: Organization and theatricalization of promotional operations.

• Quality: Guarantor of compliance with hygiene, safety, and price labeling rules.

Start date: ASAP

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience desired in a similar role.
