Your missions are as follows

• Ensure the safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Supervise receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping operations.

• Ensure the reliability of physical and digital inventory.

• Organize return management and inventory counts.

• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

• Guarantee compliance with deadlines and service quality commitments.

Manage and organize teams

• Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the logistics team.

• Organize schedules and distribute workloads according to priorities.

• Manage absences and working time.

• Develop the versatility and efficiency of the team.

Optimize performance

• Monitor service quality objectives and cost control.

• Identify and implement actions to improve logistics processes.

• Enforce procedures and health and safety rules.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of transport organization.

Ensure administrative follow-up

• Check and validate transport invoicing.

• Ensure administrative follow-up related to warehouse activity.

• Manage supply orders and general expenses related to the warehouse.

With a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in logistics, you have successful experience in managing a logistics team.

You are comfortable with operational management, flow organization, and priority management. Autonomous and structured, you are also proactive in improving processes and business performance.
