Job offer : Hatchery Manager (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in industry and the agri-food sector is recruiting a Hatchery Manager (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract (CDI) in Loudéac.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Organize and supervise the hatching process
• Plan and coordinate team activities
• Ensure chick quality and compliance with animal welfare
• Manage vaccine, packaging, and supply stocks
• Carry out and monitor quality controls throughout the process
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and robots
• Participate in the continuous improvement of practices and procedures

You have a background in animal production, agri-food, or a similar technical environment, and you have successful initial experience.

You are recognized for your ability to organize activity, enforce procedures, and work in a demanding environment where quality and animal welfare are priorities.

Personal qualities: leadership, organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.

Position based in Loudéac (22)

Remuneration: 30-35K€ depending on profile and experience.
